Eligibility for Registration

To create an account on mgbd and use its services, the following conditions must be met:

Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one account. The following will be treated as multiple accounts:

• Multiple accounts from the same device or IP address.
• Multiple registrations under the same person's name.
• The same payment method (bKash / Nagad / Rocket number) used across multiple accounts.
• Multiple registrations using the same bank account details.

If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed and all balances and bonuses may be forfeited.

Automated software is prohibited

• Accessing from restricted regions via VPN or proxy is prohibited.
• Automated software that analyzes game outcomes is prohibited.
• Scraping platform data or using unauthorized APIs is prohibited.
• Collecting or disclosing other users' personal information is prohibited.

mgbd's Liability

mgbd is not responsible for:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection.
• Issues with the user's own device or software.
• Failure of third-party services (payment gateways, etc.).
• Problems arising from incorrect information provided by the user.
• Unexpected technical disruptions or system maintenance.

User Responsibilities

The user acknowledges that:

• Online gaming carries financial risk and they are aware of that risk.
• It is their own responsibility to play within their financial means.
• Every betting decision is made entirely independently and of their own free will.

Closure by mgbd

mgbd may close or suspend an account for the following reasons:

Voluntary Closure
